For full members, TTGDA offers a basic review by someone who is familiar with board game contracting but who is not a lawyer. We can also refer you to attorneys with experience in the games industry.

Lead time for review is typically 1-2 weeks, however you should hear back from someone acknowledging receipt within two business days. Questions about specific clauses are usually handled faster.
No. The review team at TTGDA is composed of industry veterans who are not attorneys. This is a not an attorney review, and TTGDA assumes no liability for any errors, omissions, oversights, or other issues with the review.
This is up to you, but typically it is a courtesy to let a publisher know you are having someone review the contract and give them a time line. They should have no issue with you reviewing the terms. If they do, that may be a red flag.
